Student Board Dentistry

The Dentistry Student Board at DPU is both a registered association and the elected representation of the interests of around 700 students in the Department of Medicine/Dentistry.

Two study group representatives elected from each semester are appointed to the student body. They meet every month to ensure a reliable exchange of information between the various student groups, addressing any pressing questions or concerns. The student board, which is made up of all elected study group representatives, in turn elects two chairpersons. One chairperson is responsible for the “preclinical” stage of study and one for the “clinical” stage. Both have seats in the university’s Senate.

Regular quality circle meetings with the university administration serve to analyze interests quickly and take effective action. 

Support and initiation of social projects, following the humanistic mission statement of Danube Private University (DPU), is also a major goal.
